The lower school program (pre-kindergarten through grade 5) builds fundamental skills through love of learning and joyful exploration. Literacy, quantitative reasoning, scientific inquiry, problem solving and artistic expression are at the core of the curriculum.
A year-long thematic study in each class provides opportunities for interdisciplinary learning that is the springboard for discovery, imagination, research and analysis. Children also meet with specialists for art, drama, Spanish, library, music and physical education.
