Typically, more than 95% of Poughkeepsie Day School graduates go on to
college right after graduation, almost all to four-year institutions (See

From the classes of 1999-2005 (totaling 137 students), 4 students have
been semi-finalists and 14 have received letters of commendation for their
scores on the National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test.
ALUMNI/AE
Poughkeepsie Day School alumni/ae (approximately 1669) live across the
country and around the world. Our 375 Upper School graduates have entered
such diverse professions as advertising, the arts, architecture, business,
law, medicine, education, and writing. Annual reunions, special events
and publications keep alumni/ae in touch with the Poughkeepsie Day School
community and with one another.
