NYC Alumni Recepton is Friday, May 30th |
| Please join us for annual informal get-together at Manhattan's
Telephone Bar and Grill (149 Second Avenue, between 9th and 10th)
on Friday, May 30, 2008 (5:30-7:30 p.m.). The school will provide
light appetizers and one drink per person; a reminder that guests
will not be served without appropriate ID. Watch for your "official"
e-mail invitation. Don, Liz , Sandra and other members of the faculty
and administration look forward to seeing you there! |

of 2008 Commencement is Wednesday, June 11 |

PDS alumni are welcome to attend this year's Commencement
ceremony, which will be held on Wednesday, June 11 (10:00 a.m.,
PDS Gymnasium). No RSVP is necessary; there is a special section reserved
for alums. So come witness the graduation of the largest senior class
in the school's history as they bid their fond farewells to PDS! (The
class is pictured at left in a lighter moment during the annual senior
class photo shoot near Kenyon House.) |

Sweet Sorrow gets rave reviews |
| With a nod to Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, this year's
original musical, Such Sweet Sorrow (which premiered
on May 1 and ran May 2-3 in the James Earl Jones Theater) was a hit!
