How to Buy Tickets: Invitations, including a ticket-purchase response card and envelope, are being mailed shortly. Poodle skirts, big hair and disco attire welcome! 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. The party gets shakin’ with appetizers, drinks and silent auction preview 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. The Big Smoothies begin to groove, accompanied by CIA-inspired barbecue buffet 8:15 - 9:45 p.m. Live and almost-live auctions benefit PDS students and faculty 9:30 - 11:00 p.m. Dance, dance, dance and enjoy dessert and coffee Note: Seating is informal       Be there or be square! there or be square!                                                 About the band…The Big Smoothies are eight talented musicians who have wowed audiences from Philadelphia to Boston for the past 17 years. Whether you love Elvis or The Temptations, The Big Smoothies are sure to play your favorite songs and bring back great memories. So please join us on April 5th and dance the night away! About the caterer…Chef Sean Munk is a 1996 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. After working at high-end hotels and resorts in Florida, Sean returned to the Hudson Valley to open a successful catering business that served clients from Westchester County, New York to Fairfield County, Connecticut. Last spring, he established Holy Smokes BBQ & Catering, located in Beacon. Sean’s menu for the Spring Fling will include offerings to please both carnivores and vegetarians alike.
