to Spring Gala 2007 |
 |
This year's gala event,
sponsored by the PDSPO to benefit PDS, will be held at the beautiful
Dutchess Golf and Country Club on Saturday, March 24, 2007.
The gala will feature both silent and live auctions, as well as
fabulous food, courtesy of . Invitations will be in the mail soon!This
year's auction to benefit PDS will once again feature a wide-range
of affordable and "priceless" items i both the silent
and live auctions. To download an auction donation form, click
here. Complete the form and return to Mary
Lou Hudak (ext. 109) in the development and communications office.

| Congrats
to raffle winner |
|
Congratulations to raffle winner, PDS parent Derrick Holmes
of Poughkeepsie, whose wining raffle ticket was drawn (see photo
at right with Kim Roellke, raffle co-chair, Michele Pullman, PDSPO
chair, and Josie Holford, head of school) following the morning
session of this year's Winter Festival on December 15. Thanks to
everyone who purchased and sold tickets; a special thank-you to
Mike Ostrow of Friendly Motors in Wappingers Falls. The net proceeds
from the sale of the raffle tickets will go toward this year's Diversity
Challenge. More
on this important fundraising initiative.

Family Picnic kicks off 2006-2007 school year |
| The
annual Welcome-Back-to-School Family Picnic, sponsored
by the PDSPO, kicked off the school year on Friday, September
8th. Families enjoyed the spectacular weather and each other's
company and celebrated the new school year with a special cake
(at right). |
