The instructions below will be similar to for other podcatching software, but iTunes is the most common.

Right-click on this image and choose "Copy Link" (or click the image and copy the URL, or copy the subscriber URL below)

in iTunes:

1. Choose "Podcasts"

2. Click the "Advanced" menu and choose "subscribe to Podcast".
